INDICATIONS: Treatment of infections caused by susceptible organisms, particularly those of the urinary, resp & GI tracts.
CONTRA INDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity to trimethoprim & sulfonamides. Megaloblastic anemia due to folate deficiency
PRECAUTIONS: Impaired renal & hepatic function, possible folate deficiency, severe allergy or bronchial asthma
SIDE EFFECTS: Nausea, vomiting, skin reaction
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Prolonged prothrombin time w/ warfarin
