CONTRA INDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity, type 1 diabetes, renal failure, dehydration, alcoholism
PRECAUTIONS: Lactic acidosis, hypoglycemia, renal impairment, pregnancy
SIDE EFFECTS: GI symptoms, metallic taste, pruritus, hypoglycemia, maculopapular rash
