INDICATIONS: Treatment of PUD, NSAID-associated ulceration, GERD & Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
CONTRA INDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity to substituted benzimidazoles
PRECAUTIONS: Exclude gastric malignancy, severe renal or hepatic impairment
SIDE EFFECTS: Headache, abdominal pain, diarrhea, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, constipation
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Ketoconazole, itraconazole, diazepam, warfarin, atazanavir, nelfinavir, saquinavir, clarithromycin, voriconazole, ritonavir
