Program Mechanics (Raffle Promo):

1. Promo is open to all customers & Go Rewards cardholders and mobile app users.
2. In-store & Online: Customers must spend at least Php 500.00 on any products inside the store, with Php 200.00 worth of participating items, to get 1 raffle entry.
3. Customers who qualify for the raffle promo will receive a raffle stub on their receipt at the time of purchase and write the following details on the raffle stub:

• Full Name
• Complete Address
• Contact number
• Email address
• Signature

In-store purchase: Customers must drop their raffle entries in the designated drop box located at the pharmacy area

Online purchase: Customer must scan the QR code on the receipt and register on the landing page.

4. After the promo period, SIC will collect all the raffle stubs and deliver them to your respective DCs. Label the box/storage properly.

5. Promo is not valid to any SSD employees, its affiliates, advertising agencies, the participating brands running the promo, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

Drawing & Awarding:

1. Deadline for entries is on October 15 until 11:59 PM.
2. Drawing of winners will be on November 30, 2023, after the promo period.
3. The winners will be announced via SSD’s social media channels.
4. Winners will be reached out either through SMS or email.
5. Winners will be drawn in the presence of SSD & FDA representatives during FB live streaming at SSD Head Office. Instructions for claiming prizes will be sent through their given contact information.
6. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited.
7. The raffle draw will be held at Southstar Drug HO.
8. Winners must bring the following items upon claiming of prize:
   1. Two (2) Government-issued ID
   2. Present also a photocopy of two (2) valid IDs (back to back)
   3. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered email.

9. In the absence of the winner, an authorized representative must present the following to claim the prize on behalf of the winner.
   1. Authorization letter from the winner.
   2. Two (2) valid Government IDs of the winner.
   3. Two (2) valid Government IDs of the representative.
   4. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered email.

Prizes

1. Major Prizes:
   • Three (3) winners of iPhone 14 with fit Apple watch from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
   • Thirteen (13) winners of the Xiaomi Walking pad from 12 Regions and 1 from Online.
2. Minor Prize:
   • Seven Hundred (700) winners of SSD Housebrands per store and 20 winners from Online.
