ISORDIL ORAL /10MG /TAB / 100 / 100 Unresponsive left ventricular failure secondary to acute MI. Severe or unstable angina pectoris Initially 1-2 mg/hr by continuous IV infusion then adjust dose individually depending on patient's need & response. Max: 8-10 mg/hr Acute circulatory failure (shock circulatory collapse), marked hypotension (systolic BP <95 mmHg), cardiogenic shock Acute MI w/ low filling pressures. Pregnancy & lactation Vasodilation-related headache; flushing, dizziness, orthostatic hypotension & reflex tachycardia
