TEMPRA RAFFLE PROMO (E-RAFFLE)

Program mechanics:

1. Promo is open to all customers & Go Rewards cardholders and mobile app users.
2. Customer must purchase any participating Tempra products to get one (1) raffle entry.

1. Customers who qualify for the raffle promo will receive a QR code on their receipt at the time of purchase.
2. Customer must scan the QR code and register the following details on the landing page.

• Full Name
• Complete Address
• Contact number
• Email address (optional)
• Raffle Code
• Transaction ID

Drawing & Awarding:

1. The raffle entries deadline will be on June 14 at 11:59 PM or the closing time of the Southstar Drug branch, whichever comes first.
2. The drawing of winners will be on July 19, 2024, after the promo period.
3. Winners will be electronically drawn in the presence of Southstar Drug Marketing, FDA and, vendor representatives and will be announced via Southstar Drug’s official social media pages.
4. Winners will be reached out either through SMS or email.
5. Instructions for claiming prizes will be sent through their given contact information.
6. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited.
7. The e-raffle will be held at Southstar Drug HO.
8. Customers must bring the following items upon claiming of prize:

• 2 Government-issued ID
• Present also a photocopy of 2 valid IDs (back to back)
• If a representative will claim the prize on behalf of the winner, the representative must bring a copy of their ID, the winner’s ID, and proof of TIN.

Prize details:

1. Major Prize: Five (5) winners of a Samsung Galaxy Tablet A7 lite.
2. Minor Prize: Five (5) winners of kiddie bike.
3. Minor Prize: Twenty (20) winners of Tempra Gift Pack.

Additional terms and conditions:

1. Each winner is eligible to win only once in the raffle promo. If a winner’s name is drawn more than once, they will receive a higher-valued prize from their multiple entries.
2. Prizes are not convertible to cash or any other alternatives.

1. This promo is invalid in conjunction with any other ongoing raffle promo.
2. Southstar Drug reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the selected entries.
3. Southstar Drug reserves the right to publicly disclose and publish the names, photos, and other relevant information of the winners through channels deemed appropriate.
4. This promo is not valid for Southstar Drug (SSD) employees, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
