What areas do you currently serve?
We are now serving orders within Metro Manila.
How do I know if you received my order?
All successfully placed orders are verified within 24 hours. An SMS/Email confirmation will be sent to confirm your orders.
Is there a shipping fee?
Delivery is FREE for orders P1,499 and up, otherwise, we charge a standard rate of P99 for Metro Manila.
How long before my orders get delivered?
- Orders placed until 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day and orders beyond 12:00 PM will be delivered within the next working day.
- Delivery time is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily except weekends and holidays. Successfully placed orders during weekends and holidays will be delivered within the next 2 working days.
- SMS notification will be sent once ordered is about to be delivered.
Do you accept item replacements?
Yes, the following replacement and refund policy below is exclusive to Southstar Drug online orders only. For any replacement concerns, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our dedicated customer service will get back to you within 24 hours.
Request for replacement are only valid if:
- The product delivered is damaged
- The product is expired
- The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site
Replacement shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions:
- The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods
- The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired
Refund of order is subject for approval of management.
Can I pay using cash?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available. We highly encourage you to prepare the exact amount of payment.
Can I pay using my debit or credit card?
As of now, we are only accepting debit and credit card upon delivery. Major credit cards are now accepted and you may pay upon delivery of your order.
Can I pay via bank deposit or transfer?
Yes, payment via bank deposit or transfer to our Robinsons Bank account is also accepted. Please wait for our advice before you transfer your payment. SMS will be sent to you with the total amount to be deposited with complete bank details.
Do you require prescriptions?
Yes, all orders of prescription medicines should be accompanied by a valid prescription. You may directly upload your prescription on the site and our dedicated pharmacist will validate and contact you if necessary.
