SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What areas do you currently serve?
We are now serving orders NATIONWIDE.

How do I know if you received my order?
All successfully placed orders are verified within 24 hours. An SMS/Email confirmation will be sent to confirm your orders.

Is there a shipping fee?
For Metro Manila and Rizal areas, delivery is FREE for orders P1,499 and up, otherwise, we charge a standard rate of P99 only.

For provincial areas, delivery is FREE for orders P5,000 and up, otherwise, we charge a standard rate of P150 only.

For same day delivery, we charge a standard rate of P150 for orders below P3,000.

Note: Additional fee will be charged for bulky items regardless of the order amount.

How long before my orders get delivered?

Standard shipping

  • Metro Manila and Rizal areas – 1 to 3 days lead time
  • Provincial areas – 7 to 14 days lead time

Same day delivery

  • Applicable to Metro Manila and select Rizal areas only
  • Orders placed until 3:00 PM will be delivered on the same day
  • SMS notification will be sent once order is about to be delivered
  • Payment methods available are bank deposit and online credit/debit card payments only. COD is not applicable as of the moment for same day delivery 

Note: Same day delivery option is automatically deactivated on the site after the 3:00 PM and will be activated by 12 midnight.

 

ITEM REPLACEMENT

Do you accept item replacements?
Yes, the following replacement and refund policy below is exclusive to Southstar Drug online orders only. For any replacement concerns, kindly send an email to cs@southstardrug.com.ph. Our dedicated customer service will get back to you within 24 hours.

Request for replacement are only valid if:

  • The product delivered is damaged
  • The product is expired
  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site

Replacement shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions:

  • The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods
  • The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product  with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired

Refund of order is subject for approval of management. 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Can I pay using cash?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Metro Manila and Rizal areas only. We highly encourage you to prepare the exact amount of payment.

Can I pay using my debit or credit card?
Yes, you may pay via debit/credit card online. Major credit cards are now accepted. Please note that we will only charge you based on the tape receipt that will be attached to your order upon delivery. The amount shown upon checkout will only be authorized to Southstar Drug and will not be charged immediately. This means that your issuing bank will set aside the authorized amount until Southstar Drug confirms the final amount of payment based on the actual items delivered or tape receipt. The adjustment between the authorized and final amount will be processed within 7 to 30 banking days or depending on your issuing bank.

Can I pay via bank deposit or transfer?
Yes, payment via bank deposit or transfer to our Robinsons Bank account is also accepted for orders nationwide. Please wait for our advice before you transfer your payment. SMS will be sent to you with the total amount to be deposited with complete bank details.

Can I pay via GCash?
Yes, GCash to our GCash account is acceptable. Our customer service team will send you the QR code via email or Viber once order has been processed.

 

PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES

Do you require prescriptions?
Yes, all orders of prescription medicines should be accompanied by a valid prescription. You may directly upload your prescription on the site and our dedicated pharmacist will validate and contact you if necessary.

  • .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .png
  • Up to 10 files
  • Up to 10MB

 

DISCOUNTS

Do you give Senior Citizen / PWD discount?
As much as we want to accommodate, Senior Citizen and PWD discounts are currently not applicable to all online orders. There is no government policy in place for Senior Citizen and PWD discounts to be applied to online transactions but rest assured that we will abide by the rules and regulations of our government should this be implemented.
