REGISTERED PHARMACISTS

Job Description:

  • Ensures validity and accuracy of prescription in dispensing medicines
  • Engages in patient counseling and queries on drug related matters
  • Coordinates with the Corporate Pharmacist regarding government regulatory orders for implementation
  • Ensures that all reference books are updated and available in the store (generic menu card, prescription book, dangerous drugs book)
  • Prepares periodic reports for regulatory agencies
  • Ensures proper storage of loose tablets, vials and biologicals, regulated medicines
  • Ensures that all bad stocks are pulled out (damaged, expiring/expired) in his/her assigned medicine cabinet
  • Assists in the maintenance and cleanliness of the work place
  • Ensures that all medicines are in good condition
  • Represents the store during FDA/ PDEA inspection
  • Updates store personnel on product awareness and new practices through training

Qualifications:

  • Registered Pharmacist License Holder

PHARMACY ASSISTANTS

The job duties of a Pharmacy Assistant includes operating the cash register, handling money transactions, answering phone calls, and doing clerical works in the pharmacy. Pharmacy assistants also assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing and preparing medication to patients in the pharmacy.

Job Description:

  • Attends to customer queries and receives orders
  • Checks customer prescription and endorses to Pharmacist for validation
  • Ensures that medicines dispensed are accurately served
  • Ensures that customer gives the right payment and given the right change
  • Responsible for medicine replenishment for each gondola assigned
  • Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of assigned gondolas
  • Ensures that all bad stocks are pulled out (damaged, expiring/expired) in his/her assigned gondola
  • Helps in minimizing pilfered items by reporting suspicious behavior not within the norms to authorities
  • Handles customer queries and minor complaints and elevates major issues to Store Head/Management Trainee

PA MERCHANDISERS

Job Description:

  • Conducts routine inspection at Selling Area based
  • Generates list of items needed for replenishments
  • Ensure that all items are properly marked (price tagging) and are in good condition
  • Ensures that stocks are maintained at optimum stock level at selling area
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of both the merchandise and the store premises
  • Performs as PA as needed in the Pharmacy area
  • Ensures that merchandising display guidelines is strictly implemented
  • Ensures 100% availability of products in the selling area versus the stock room
  • Assists in carrying of stocks upon receipt to the stock room or vice versa
  • Assures FIFO and FEFO procedures is strictly implemented
  • Monitors expiration dates of merchandise and ensures that all bad stocks are taken off at the selling area
  • Ensures that all display rentals are strictly implemented

FIELD AUDITOR

Responsible for examining accounting records, inspecting delivery notes/invoices and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness according to accepted accounting standard and procedures.

Job Description:

  • Organizes and checks the edited proof list made by the team members
  • Monitors and checks the store layout prepared
  • Ensures discrepancies in bar codes are 100% reported during the audit
  • Reviews initial inventory proof list to determine any unrecorded or missed items
  • Observes store operations and report any violation in the policies and procedures
  • Inspects all branch documents to determine if properly stored against access from unauthorized persons
  • Prepares and prints initial inventory list
  • Edits initial inventory list to record all items included before finalizing the report
  • Inputs the correct quantity in scanning items and checks code description with the actual product
  • Reviews SOA (direct delivery, uncaptured delivery notes) and all copies of withdrawals (branch to branch and/or Warehouse/RG: bad and/ or good stocks)

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any field
  • Position is open to fresh graduates, but related work experience in inventory and audit is an advantage

SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

  • Supervises and monitors the leasing team performance
  • Responsible for researching market comparable and come up with a recommendation to help the company gets the best lease terms and conditions
  • Collect and review documents/requirements submitted by the Lessor
  • Reviewing and negotiation of contracts
  • Aggressively network with and talk to new and existing clients and maintain a good and harmonious relationship with them
  • Recommend effective strategies and networking activities that would improve leasing activities for projects
  • Coordinate with Lessor regarding rentals
  • Review lease expiration dates and utilize Renewal Process Checklist to deliver notices, which allows adequate time to schedule an appointment with the Lessor to review and sign the new lease
  • Review Management Agreements and coordinate renewal of expired agreements
  • Draft renewal Lease Agreements according to company policies

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related course

BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Description:

  • Must be knowledgeable on the following Project Management Methodology such as Waterfall and Agile
  • Must be knowledgeable on the SDLC process
  • The position will handle CRs, small to medium projects in SSD
  • Ensures closure of all assigned CRs and projects
  • The role will provide input to the consolidation of Project Status reports to management
  • The role will act as a backup of the Project Manager
  • This role will also be the technical contact on the SharePoint projects

Qualifications:

  • With at least 5 years work experience as Business Analyst especially on requirements gathering, functional specifications, documentations and testing
  • Must be highly organized and with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical industry, knowledge in ITIL, working with POS, Supply Chain and WMS is a plus

IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Experience in team leading role
  • Experience in handling projects on Infrastructure and Security
  • 40-50% technical hands-on on network devices, network security and server hardening
  • 35-45% service operations and project management
  • 15% people and stakeholder management
  • Experience in Pharma, knowledge in ITIL, working with POS and Supply chain is a plus

Technical Requirements:

  • Knowledge and hands on experience on Cisco switches and routers and different brands of Access points and Firewalls
  • Knowledge on routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, etc.

  • Merchandise Assortment
  • Buys proper merchandise at the right price, quantity, and terms
  • Manages and analyzes stock levels and order points
  • Monitors and analyzes merchandise and supplier performance in all stores and recommends items/supplies for deletion
