Program mechanics:

  1. Exclusive offer to all Robinsons/ Go Rewards members.
  2. Offline purchase - Members must present their RR/GR card or mobile app to avail of the promo.
  3. Online purchase - Customer must input their GoRewards account no. before checked out.
  4. Earn 1 stamp (in store) or 1 coupon (online) for every P350.00 minimum spend using RR/GR card or mobile app on any participating items within the promo period.
  5. Collect 5 of any coupons or stamps & redeem 4 Go Rewards Points to get SSD 2023 Planner.
  6. Redemption of SSD Planner will be given on any SSD branches nationwide.

  1. How to avail of the Southstar Drug Planner?
    A. Spend at least P350.00 on any participating items to get 1 stamp. Collect 5 stamps and redeem at least 4 Go Rewards points to get the Southstar Drug Planner.
  2. How to get a stamp/coupon via online order?
    A. To get a coupon online, you must order at least P350.00 on any participating items. Coupon will be printed along with your receipt.
  3. Can I get the Southstar Drug Planner if I'm not a Go Rewards member?
    A. If not a member, you may download the app from Google Playstore or Huawei App Gallery.
  4. Can I use my collector's card from the store for my order online?
    A. No but you can collect coupon/s with your online orders that can be used as a stamp.
  5. Can I combine the coupon and my stamps on my collectors’ card to get the Southstar Drug Planner?
    A. Stamps collected from the stores can be used as equivalent to coupons online.
  6. Where can I redeem the Southstar Drug Planner?
    A. You can only redeem the Southstar Drug Planner in our stores nationwide.
