Unilab Raffle Promo
Program Mechanics
- Program mechanics:
- The raffle promo is open to all customers, Go Rewards cardholders, and mobile app users.
- Customer must purchase at least ten (10) tablets in a single receipt on any of the participating items to get one (1) raffle entry.
- Additional 10 Go Rewards points if the customers use their Go Rewards card or mobile app.
- This is an e-raffle promo with a QR code on the tape receipt.

Registration Process:
1. Customers who qualify for the raffle promo will receive a QR code on their receipt at the time of purchase.
2. Customer must scan the QR code and register the following details on the landing page.
- Full Name
- Complete Address
- Contact number
- Email address (optional)
- Raffle Code
- Transaction ID
3. Members will receive notification of earned raffle tickets through the tape receipt of the transaction.

Drawing & Awarding:
1. Deadline for entries is on June 30 until 11:59 PM.
2. Drawing of winners will be on July 26, 2024, after the promo period.
3. Set of winners will be announced via SSD’s social media channels.
4. Winners will be reached out either through SMS or email. SSD Marketing will share the list of winners with the Unilab team for the delivery of prizes.
5. Winners will be electronically drawn in the presence of a Unilab & FDA representative and will be announced via SSD’s official social media pages. Instructions for claiming prizes will be sent through their given contact information. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited.
6. The e-raffle will be held at Southstar Drug HO.
7. Customers must bring the following items upon claiming of prize:
- a. 2 Government-issued ID
- b. Present also a photocopy of 2 valid ID’s (back to back)
- c. If a representative will claim the prize on behalf of the winner, the representative must bring a copy of their own ID and the winner’s ID, and proof of TIN.
Prize details:
1. Major Prize: Two (2) winners of iPad 9th Gen.
Additional terms and conditions:
- The deadline for entries is on October 31 until 11:59 PM or the closing time of the Southstar Drug branch, whichever comes first.
- The drawing of winners will be on November 29, 2024, after the promo period.
- Winners will be electronically drawn in the presence of SSD Marketing, FDA, and Trade Partners representatives and will be announced via SSD’s official social media pages.
- Winners will be reached out either through SMS or email.
- Instructions for claiming prizes will be sent through their given contact information.
- Prizes unclaimed after 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited.
- The e-raffle will be held at Southstar Drug HO.
- Customers must bring the following items upon claiming of prize:
- Go Rewards card or mobile app.
- 2 Government-issued ID

This promo is not valid for Southstar Drug (SSD) employees, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
