Southstar Drug with Unilab Foundation's Empowers PWDs Through Inclusive Hiring Program
Southstar Drug, in collaboration with Unilab Foundation's Project Inclusion, has launched a PWD hiring program, bringing in 24 employees with disabilities, five of whom work in the main office. This inclusive initiative empowers PWDs by focusing on their potential and expertise. Their contributions have inspired fellow employees and improved customer service, fostering a more empathetic environment. Currently, only Manila branches participate, but the company plans to expand the program.
