88th Anniversary Sale Unilab Raffle Promo

Program Mechanics:
  1. This raffle promo is open to all customers, Go Rewards cardholders, and mobile app users.
  2. Customer must purchase at least ₱200 worth of participating items in a single receipt to earn one (1) raffle entry.
  3. This is an e-raffle promo with a QR code printed on the tape receipt.
Registration Process:
  1. Qualified Go Rewards members will be automatically registered for the raffle upon meeting the promo requirements.
  2. Members will receive a message on their receipt indicating the number of raffle entries earned.
  3. Customers who qualify for the raffle promo will receive a QR code on their receipt at the time of purchase.
  4. Customer must scan the QR code and register the following details on the landing page:
    1. Full Name
    2. Complete Address
    3. Contact Number
    4. Email Address
    5. Raffle Code
    6. Transaction ID
Drawing & Awarding:
  1. Deadline for entry registration is July 31, 2025, until 11:59 PM or the closing time of the Southstar Drug branch, whichever comes first.
  2. Winners will be drawn on August 22, 2025 in the presence of Southstar Drug's Marketing, FDA, and Trade Partners representatives.
  3. Winners will be announced via Southstar Drug’s official social media pages.
  4. Winners will be contacted through SMS or email.
  5. Instructions for claiming prizes will be sent via the contact details provided during registration.
  6. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited.
  7. The e-raffle draw will be held at Southstar Drug Head Office.
  8. Customers must present the following when claiming their prize:
    1. Go Rewards card or mobile app
    2. Two (2) government-issued IDs
    3. Photocopy of two (2) valid IDs (back-to-back)
    4. Store purchase official receipt or sales invoice
    5. For representative claiming: representative’s ID, winner’s ID, and proof of TIN
Prizes:
  • Major Prize: One (1) winner of ₱100,000 cash
  • Minor Prize: Three (3) winners of ₱20,000 cash
  • Minor Prize: Five (5) winners of ₱5,000 cash
