Program Mechanics

1. Customers must spend a minimum of ₱350 on any participating Caltrate, Centrum, Scotts, or Stresstabs products to earn one (1) raffle entry.
2. To join, customers must scan the QR code printed on their receipt and register on the promo landing page by providing the following details:
   1. Customer Details: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, and Complete Address
   2. Transaction Details: Raffle Code and Transaction ID
3. The promo is not open to employees of Southstar Drug (SSD), its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

Drawing & Awarding

1. Deadline for entries is on April 30, 2026 until 11:59 PM.
2. Drawing of winners will be on May 25, 2026, after the promo period.
3. Winners will be announced via Southstar Drug’s official social media channels.
4. Winners will be notified through SMS or email. Southstar Drug Marketing will coordinate with the Haleon team for prize fulfillment.
5. Winners will be electronically drawn in the presence of a Haleon and FDA representative. Instructions for claiming prizes will be sent through their registered contact information. Prizes unclaimed within sixty (60) days upon notification shall be forfeited.
6. The e-raffle draw will be conducted at Southstar Drug Head Office.
7. Customers must present the following upon claiming of prize:
   1. Two (2) government-issued IDs
   2. Photocopy of two (2) valid IDs (back-to-back)
   3. If claimed through a representative, a copy of the representative’s ID, the winner’s ID, and proof of TIN must be presented

Prizes

1. One (1) winner of MacBook Air 13-inch (M2 Chip)
2. Five (5) winners of Xiaomi Redmi Watch 5 Lite (Black)
