Program Mechanics
- Selected Go Rewards members who receive the official email are eligible to redeem one (1) free Scotts at participating Southstar Drug stores.
- To redeem, customers must present the official email notification and their Go Rewards card or registered mobile app barcode at the counter.
- The redemption period starts on May 31, 2026 or until supplies last.
Terms and Conditions
- Promo is valid only at participating Southstar Drug branches.
- No purchase required to redeem the free item.
- The promo email may only be used by the Go Rewards member addressed in the email.
- Redemptions made outside the promo period will not be honored, even if the customer received the email.
- The free item is not convertible to cash, discount, or other products.
- Lost, deleted, or unread promo emails will not be replaced.
- Go Rewards Membership details must show an active account at the time of redemption.
- Southstar Drug and Go Rewards reserve the right to verify member eligibility, validate identity, or refuse redemption in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use.
