July Superbrand Raffle Promo

Program Mechanics:
  1. Four (4) lucky winners will win an iPad A16 each.
  2. Spend at least ₱1,500.00 on Lactum products to earn one (1) raffle entry.
  3. Customer must scan the QR code on the receipt and register the following details on the landing page:
    1. Customer Details: Name, Email, Cellphone Number, Address
    2. Transaction Details: Raffle Code, Transaction ID
  4. This promo is not valid for Southstar Drug (SSD) employees, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
Drawing & Awarding:
  1. Deadline for entry registration is July 31, 2025, until 11:59 PM.
  2. Winners will be drawn on August 29, 2025, in the presence of Mead Johnson Nutrition (Philippines), Inc. and FDA representatives.
  3. The winners will be announced via SSD’s official social media pages.
  4. Winners will be contacted through SMS or email. SSD Marketing will coordinate with Mead Johnson Nutrition (Philippines), Inc. for prize delivery.
  5. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days upon notification will be forfeited.
  6. The e-raffle will be held at Southstar Drug Head Office.
  7. Winners must present the following items when claiming their prize:
    1. Two (2) government-issued IDs
    2. Photocopy of two (2) valid IDs (back-to-back)
    3. For representative claiming: own ID, winner’s ID, and proof of TIN
Prizes:
  • Four (4) winners of iPad A16
  • All prizes will be provided and awarded by the vendor
