A. Registration Process

1. Customers who qualify for the raffle promo will receive a QR code on their receipt at the time of purchase.
2. Customers must scan the QR code and register the following details on the landing page:
   • Full Name
   • Complete Address
   • Contact Number
   • Email Address
   • Raffle Code
   • Transaction Details

B. Prize Details

For Regular Customers

• Three (3) winners of LG LQ63 32 inch Smart TV
• Six (6) winners of cash prizes worth Php 5,000 each
• Six (6) winners of Kenvue Gift Packages worth Php 3,000 each

For Go Rewards Customers

• Two (2) winners of LG LQ63 32 inch Smart TV
• Four (4) winners of cash prizes worth Php 5,000 each
• Four (4) winners of Kenvue Gift Packages worth Php 3,000 each
• Double Go Rewards points multiplier (based on organic points earned per transaction)

C. Drawing & Awarding

1. The raffle entries deadline will be on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM or the closing time of the Southstar Drug branch, whichever comes first.
2. The drawing of winners will be on January 25, 2025 after the promo period.
3. Winners will be drawn in the presence of SSD Marketing, FDA, and vendor representatives and will be announced via SSD’s official social media pages.
4. The raffle draw will be held at Southstar Drug Head Office.
5. Winners will be contacted either through SMS or email.
6. Instructions for claiming prizes will be sent through the contact information provided by the winners.
7. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days from notification shall be forfeited.
8. Customers must bring the following items when claiming their prize:
   • Two (2) government-issued IDs
   • Photocopy of two (2) valid IDs (back-to-back)
   • If a representative claims on behalf of the winner: representative’s ID, winner’s ID, and proof of TIN

D. Additional Terms & Conditions

1. Each winner is eligible to win only once in the raffle promo. If a winner’s name is drawn more than once, they will receive the higher-valued prize from their multiple entries.
2. Prizes are not convertible to cash or any other alternatives.
3. This promo is invalid in conjunction with any other ongoing raffle promo during the raffle promo period.
4. Southstar Drug reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the selected entries.
5. Southstar Drug reserves the right to publicly disclose and publish the names, photos, and other relevant information of the winners through channels deemed appropriate.
6. This promo is not valid for Southstar Drug employees, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
