Program mechanics:

1. The raffle promo is open to all customers, Go Rewards cardholders, and mobile app users.
2. Customer must spend at least Php 300.00 on any of the participating items with at least one (1) Johnson & Johnson product to earn one (1) raffle entry.
3. Prize details:
   
   1. Major Prizes: One (1) winner of P100,000 worth of Gcash credits.
   2. Minor Prize: Ten (10) winners of P10,000 worth of Gcash credits.

Registration process:

1. Customers who qualify for the raffle promo will receive a QR code on their receipt at the time of purchase.
2. Customer must scan the QR code and register the following details on the landing page.

• Full Name
• Complete Address
• Contact number
• Email address (optional)
• Raffle Code
• Transaction ID

Drawing & Awarding:

1. The deadline for entries is on July 31 until 11:59 PM or the closing time of the Southstar Drug branch, whichever comes first.
2. The drawing of winners will be on August 26, 2024, after the promo period.
3. Winners will be electronically drawn in the presence of SSD Marketing, FDA, and Trade Partners representatives and will be announced via SSD’s official social media pages.
4. Winners will be reached out either through SMS or email.
5. Instructions for claiming prizes will be sent through their given contact information.
6. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited.
7. The e-raffle will be held at Southstar Drug HO.
8. Customers must bring the following items upon claiming of prize:
   1. Go Rewards card or mobile app.
   2. 2 Government-issued ID
9. Present also a photocopy of 2 valid IDs (back to back)
10. If a representative will claim the prize on behalf of the winner, the representative must bring a copy of their ID, the winner’s ID, and proof of TIN.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

1. Each winner is eligible to win only once in the raffle promo. If a winner’s name is drawn more than once, they will receive a higher-valued prize from their multiple entries.
2. Prizes are not convertible to cash or any other alternatives.
3. This promo is invalid in conjunction with any other ongoing raffle promo.
4. Southstar Drug reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the selected entries.
5. Southstar Drug reserves the right to publicly disclose and publish the names, photos, and other relevant information of the winners through channels deemed appropriate.
6. This promo is not valid for Southstar Drug (SSD) employees, their affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
