Mom & Baby Wellness Festival Haleon Raffle Promo

Program Mechanics (Raffle Promo):
  1. Buy at least one (1) of any participating items to get one (1) raffle entry.
  2. This raffle promo is open to all customers, including Go Rewards members and mobile app users.
  3. Customers must be 18 years old and above and must have a valid government-issued ID.
  4. Qualified customers will receive a QR code on their receipt at the time of purchase.
  5. Customer must scan the QR code and register the following details on the landing page:
    1. Customer details: Full Name, Complete Address, Contact Number, Email Address (optional)
    2. Transaction details: Raffle Code, Transaction ID
  6. Promo is not valid for Southstar Drug (SSD) employees, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
Drawing & Awarding:
  1. Deadline for entry registration is May 31, 2025, until 11:59 PM or the closing time of the Southstar Drug branch, whichever comes first.
  2. Winners will be drawn on July 4, 2025, in the presence of FDA representatives via MS Teams.
  3. The list of winners will be posted on Southstar Drug’s official social media pages.
  4. Winners will be contacted via their provided SMS or email details.
  5. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days upon notification will be forfeited.
  6. The e-raffle will be held at Southstar Drug Head Office.
  7. Winners must present the following upon claiming their prize:
    1. Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
    2. Photocopies of the two IDs (back-to-back)
    3. Notification letter sent via email
    4. Screenshot of SMS notification from Southstar Drug
  8. If a representative will claim on behalf of the winner, they must bring:
    1. Authorization letter from the winner
    2. Two (2) valid IDs of the winner
    3. Two (2) valid IDs of the representative
    4. Notification letter and SMS screenshot
Prizes:
  • Three (3) winners of Toys"R"Us Gift Certificates worth ₱10,000 each
  • Two (2) winners of Southstar Drug Gift Certificates worth ₱10,000 each
