Mom & Baby Wellness Festival Unilab Raffle Promo

Program Mechanics:
  1. Buy at least one (1) of any participating items in-store or online to get one (1) raffle entry.
  2. This raffle promo is open to all customers, Go Rewards members, and mobile app users.
Drawing & Awarding:
  1. Deadline for entry registration is May 31, 2025, until 11:59 PM or the closing time of the Southstar Drug branch, whichever comes first.
  2. Winners will be drawn on July 11, 2025, in the presence of FDA representatives via MS Teams.
  3. Winners will be announced via SSD’s official social media pages.
  4. Instructions for claiming prizes will be sent through the contact information provided during registration.
  5. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days upon notification will be forfeited.
  6. The e-raffle will be held at Southstar Drug HO.
  7. Customers must bring the following items upon claiming of the prize:
    1. Two (2) Government-issued IDs
    2. Photocopy of two (2) valid IDs (back to back)
    3. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered email
    4. Screenshot of SMS notification from Southstar Drug
  8. If an authorized representative will claim on behalf of the winner, they must present:
    1. Authorization letter from the winner
    2. Two (2) valid Government IDs of the winner
    3. Two (2) valid Government IDs of the representative
    4. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered email
