Program Mechanics (Trevenodd/Herbs & Nature Corporation) Raffle Draw:
  1. 4 winners will win Php 5,000 each.
  2. Customer must spend at least Php 150.00 on any participating item to get 1 raffle entry.
  3. Customer must scan the QR code on the receipt and register the following details on the landing page.
    1. Customer details – Name, Email, Cellphone Number, Address
    2. Transaction details – Raffle Code, Trans ID
  4. Promo is not valid to any SSD employees, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
Drawing & Awarding:
  1. Deadline for entries is on January 31, 2025, until 11:59 PM.
  2. Drawing of winners will be on February 28, 2025, after the promo period.
  3. Set of winners will be announced via SSD’s social media channels.
  4. Winners will be reached out either through SMS or email. SSD Marketing will share the list of winners with the Trevenodd/Herbs & Nature Corporation team for the delivery of prizes.
  5. Winners will be electronically drawn in the presence of a Trevenodd/Herbs & Nature Corporation & FDA representative and will be announced via SSD’s official social media pages. Instructions for claiming prizes will be sent through their given contact information. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited.
  6. The e-raffle will be held at Southstar Drug HO.
  7. Customers must bring the following items upon claiming of prize:
    1. 2 Government-issued IDs
    2. Present also a photocopy of 2 valid IDs (back to back)
    3. If a representative will claim the prize on behalf of the winner, the representative must bring a copy of their own ID and the winner’s ID, and proof of TIN.
Prizes:
  1. 4 winners will win Php 5,000 each.
  2. All prizes will be provided by the vendor and the awarding to winners.
