Program Mechanics 

1. This promo is open exclusively to Go Rewards cardholders and app users. 
2. Customers must purchase at least ₱1,000 worth of participating items using their Go Rewards card or app to earn one (1) e-raffle entry. 
3. Promo runs from February 1 to March 31, 2026.  
4. Promo is valid to all online and offline Southstar Drug stores. 

Drawing & Awarding 

1. The deadline for entries is on March 31, 2026 until 11:59 PM or the closing time of the Southstar Drug branch, whichever comes first. 
2. The drawing of winners will be on April 30, 2026, after the promo period. 
3. Winners will be electronically drawn in the presence of representatives from Southstar Drug, DAVI, and FDA and will be announced via Southstar Drug’s official social media pages.  
4. Winners will be notified through their registered email address.  
5. Instructions for claiming the prizes will be sent through the contact information provided.  
6. Prizes unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the date of notification will be forfeited in favor of Southstar Drug, with prior FDA approval. 
7. The e-raffle draw will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.  
8. To claim their prize, winners must present the following: 

• • Go Rewards card or mobile app
  • Two (2) government-issued IDs  
  • Photocopies of two (2) valid government-issued IDs (back-to-back)
  • A copy of the official receipt or sales invoice from the participating store
  • If a representative claims the prize on behalf of the winner, they must present an authorization letter, the representative’s valid ID, a copy of the representative’s valid ID with three (3) signatures, and a copy of the winner’s valid ID with three (3) signatures.
