Customers must spend a minimum of ₱300 on participating Reckitt products to earn one (1) raffle entry.
To join, customers must scan the QR code printed on their receipt and register on the promo landing page by providing the following information:
- Customer Details: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, and Complete Address
- Transaction Details: Raffle Code and Transaction ID
The promo is not open to employees of SSD, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

Deadline for entries is on October 31, 2025 until 11:59 PM.
Drawing of winners will be on November 28, 2025, after the promo period.
Set of winners will be announced via SSD’s social media channels.
Winners will be reached out either through SMS or email. SSD Marketing will share the list of winners with the Vendors team for the delivery of prizes.
Winners will be electronically drawn in the presence of a Mideast Marketing - Reckitt Benckiser & FDA representative and will be announced via SSD’s official social media pages. Instructions for claiming prizes will be sent through their given contact information. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited.
The e-raffle will be held at Southstar Drug HO.
Customers must bring the following items upon claiming of prize:
- 2 Government-issued ID
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs (back to back)
- If a representative will claim the prize on behalf of the winner, the representative must bring a copy of their own ID, the winner’s ID, and proof of TIN.

Each winner is eligible to win only once in the raffle promo. If a winner’s name is drawn more than once, they will receive a higher-valued prize from their multiple entries.
Prizes are not convertible to cash or any other alternatives.
This promo is invalid in conjunction with any other ongoing raffle promo during the raffle promo period.

Southstar Drug reserves the right to publicly disclose and publish the names, photos, and other relevant information of the winners through channels deemed appropriate.
