Q4 Thematic: Season of Savings Raffle

Program Mechanics:
  1. Customers must purchase one (1) bottle of Robitussin DM 120ml to earn one (1) raffle entry.
  2. To join, customers must scan the QR code printed on their receipt and register on the promo landing page by providing the following details:
    • Customer Details: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, and Complete Address
    • Transaction Details: Raffle Code and Transaction ID
  3. This promo is not valid for Southstar Drug employees, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
Drawing & Awarding:
  1. Deadline for entries is on December 31, 2025, until 11:59 PM.
  2. Drawing of winners will be on January 26, 2026, after the promo period.
  3. Winners will be announced via SSD’s official social media channels.
  4. Winners will also be contacted via SMS or email. SSD Marketing will share the winners list with the Vendors team for prize delivery.
  5. Winners will be electronically drawn in the presence of a Haleon Philippines Inc. & FDA representative.
  6. The e-raffle will be held at Southstar Drug Head Office.
  7. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days from notification shall be forfeited.
  8. To claim prizes, winners must present:
    • Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
    • Photocopy of both IDs (back-to-back)
    • If claimed by a representative: representative’s ID, winner’s ID, and proof of TIN
Prizes:
  • Ten (10) winners of JBL Clip 5 Bluetooth Speaker
Additional Terms & Conditions:
  1. Each winner may only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, the higher-valued prize will be awarded.
  2. Prizes are not convertible to cash or alternative items.
  3. This promo cannot be combined with other ongoing raffle promos during the same period.
  4. Southstar Drug reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all drawn entries.
  5. Southstar Drug reserves the right to publish the names, photos, and relevant details of winners through its communication channels.
  6. This promo is not valid for SSD employees, affiliates, agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
