1. The raffle promo is open to all customers and Go Rewards cardholders.
2. Customers must purchase a minimum of ₱200 worth of any participating items in a single receipt to receive one (1) raffle entry.

C. Registration Process

1. Qualified customers will receive a raffle stub printed on their official receipt.
2. Customers must fill in the following details on the raffle stub:

• Full Name
• Complete Address
• Contact Number
• Email Address
• Raffle Code
• Transaction ID

Customers are kindly requested to drop their signed raffle stub into the GoTyme dropbox available in any Southstar Drug store.

E. Prize Details

1. Major Prize: One (1) winner of a Honda Giorno 125cc Scooter
2. Minor Prizes: Ten (10) winners of ₱1,000 worth of Unilab Gift Packs

F. Drawing & Awarding

1. Deadline of raffle entries: November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM or the store’s closing time, whichever comes first.
2. Drawing of winners: January 14, 2026 after the promo period.
3. Winners will be drawn in the presence of SSD Marketing, FDA, and vendor representatives, and will be announced via Southstar Drug’s official social media pages.
4. The raffle draw will be held at the Southstar Drug Head Office.
5. Winners will be notified via SMS or email.
6. Prize claiming instructions will be sent through the registered contact details.
7. Prizes unclaimed 60 days after notification will be forfeited.
8. Upon claiming the prize, winners must present:

• Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
• Photocopy of both valid IDs (back-to-back)
• If claimed by a representative: their own ID, the winner’s ID, and proof of TIN

G. Additional Terms & Conditions

1. Each winner may win only once during the promo. If a winner’s name is drawn more than once, the higher-value prize will be awarded.
2. Prizes are non-convertible to cash or other items.
3. This promo cannot be combined with any other ongoing raffle promotion.
4. Southstar Drug reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winning entries.
5. Southstar Drug may publish the names and photos of winners through appropriate communication channels.
6. This promo is not open to employees of Southstar Drug, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
