Program Mechanics (Pascual) Raffle Promo:

1. 1 winner will win a Macbook Air Laptop & 10 winners will win a SSD GC worth P500.
2. Customer must spend at least Php 200.00 on any participating Unilab items to get 1 raffle entry.
3. Customer must scan the QR code on the receipt and register the following details on the landing page.
1. Customer details – Name, Email, Cellphone number, Address
2. Transaction details – Raffle code, Trans ID
4. Promo is not valid to any SSD employees, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
5. This promo is invalid in conjunction with any other ongoing promo.

Drawing & Awarding:

1. Deadline for entries is on November 30 until 11:59 PM.
2. Drawing of winners will be on December 27, 2024, after the promo period.
3. Set of winners will be announced via SSD’s social media channels.
4. Winners will be reached out either through SMS or email. SSD Marketing will share the list of winners with the Unilab team for the delivery of prizes.
5. Winners will be electronically drawn in the presence of a Unilab & FDA representative and will be announced via SSD’s official social media pages. Instructions for claiming prizes will be sent through their given contact information. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited.
6. The e-raffle will be held at Southstar Drug HO.
7. Customers must bring the following items upon claiming of prize:
   1. 2 Government-issued ID
   2. Present also a photocopy of 2 valid ID’s (back to back)
   3. If a representative will claim the prize on behalf of the winner, the representative must bring a copy of their own ID and the winner’s ID, and proof of TIN.
