CONTRA INDICATIONS: Habitual and psychogenic polydipsia
PRECAUTIONS: Treatment without concomitant reduction in fluid intake can lead to water retention and/or hyponatremia
SIDE EFFECTS: Headache, nausea and stomach pain
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Hydantoins (eg phenytoin), barbiturates (eg phenobarb)
